CAFE SUPERVISOR

CLEMENTINE CAFE CHELTENHAM

This is a Full-time permanent position.

30 plus hours per week.

Daytime only.

Weekend availability essential.

Clementine Cafe is a local, family owned business in Gloucester and Cheltenham. We are a small and friendly team and we are looking for like minded people who are:

  • Dependable: Confidently running shifts and working closely with the Cafe Management team, acting as a reliable backup and motivating the staff.

Skill Sets

  • Shift Management: Confidently run shifts, open and close cafe, working closely with the Cafe Manager to motivate and guide staff throughout day.
  • Team Development: Inspire and develop the team to maintain high standards and expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain day-to-day cafe operations, barista, food preparation, ensuring coffee and food quality, customer experience, health & safety, and food hygiene & allergen practices are upheld.
  • Hospitality experience would be useful but not essential as training will be given.
