Salary:
Competitive basic salary plus an uncapped commission structure (On Target Earnings approx. £25,000–£30,000).
About the Role:
Working in the heart of Slough, you will assist buyers and sellers through the entire sales process, focusing on the accessible properties that make up a significant part of the local market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Registering new applicants and identifying their needs.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings across Slough.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Assisting in the negotiation of offers between buyers and sellers.
- Promoting properties through various marketing channels.
- Supporting senior team members and learning the ins and outs of the property market.
About You:
- A confident and positive communicator with a friendly, professional telephone manner.
- A keen interest in the property industry and Slough's local area.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Target-driven, ambitious, and eager to learn.
- A full UK driving license is essential for property visits.
- No prior experience is necessary—we value a great attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
