Client Teams' Purpose: To grow sustainable client relationships, accounts and fee.
Client Service Director's Purpose:To lead the Client Team, build commercially successful client partnerships, and deliver sustained account growth.

As Client Service Director at Taxi Studio, you'll set the direction for the Client Team, leading by example to inspire high-value client relationships, fee growth, and strategic account development. You'll be accountable for delivering your team's performance against client fee targets, while elevating Taxi Studio's presence and impact at the most senior client levels. With a blend of commercial clarity and emotional intelligence, you'll model what it means to be a true client partner — while always working in accordance with our Code of Conduct.

Client Advocator
You'll lead Taxi Studio's most senior client relationships, building trust, surfacing opportunities, and delivering value beyond expectation. You'll support your (Senior) Account Directors to unlock account potential and proactively guide the development of strategic client growth plans for all clients.

Client Delighter
You'll champion a culture of client delight, ensuring every engagement with Taxi Studio feels valuable, seamless, and surprising (in the best way). You'll coach the team to balance empathy with influence, while consistently raising the bar for service standards across the business.

Commercial Leader
You'll own the delivery of client fee targets across the Client Team, track quarterly performance, forecasting accuracy and report to the Senior Leadership Team and CEO. You'll shape and approve high-value project proposals, guide tricky procurement conversations, and collaborate with the Finance & Commercial Director to ensure the commercial strength of every account is satisfactory.

Impact Curator
You'll be accountable for ensuring that the Client Team capture KPIs for the projects in their care, and the efficacy of our work is measured to ensure we can always evidence its commercial impact.

Account Accelerator
You'll drive account development strategies across the studio's client base, working closely with the CGO and Business Development Team to align account growth with broader business goals. While the BD Team owns the new business pipeline, your focus is on growing value within existing accounts and holding (Senior) Account Directors accountable for delivering their client fee targets. You'll be accountable for ensuring any deficit in our target account growth has a plan in place to resolve.

Head of Team
You'll lead the development, performance and wellbeing of a high-performance Client Team, overseeing recruitment, line management and talent progression, ensuring that every team member is coached, supported, challenged and motivated to grow sustainable client relationships, accounts and fee. While you won't be in the weeds of every project, and opportunity, the health and growth of our accounts is ultimately your responsibility. You'll also champion the AI charge in your department.
