About the Role

As a Client Services Consultant, you'll be one of the primary points of contact for our customers — including financial advisers, support staff, and end clients. You'll handle a broad range of queries relating to our investment and technology propositions, ensuring every interaction delivers an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from advisers, paraplanners, clients, and third-party providers.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to provide updates or clarify processes.
  • Resolve adviser and client queries efficiently, collaborating with internal teams where needed.
  • Handle and resolve client concerns or dissatisfactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Complete a range of administrative tasks, such as updating client details and account changes.
  • Create and update knowledge articles to improve service quality and consistency.
  • Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory standards and conduct rules.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in financial services or a customer service role in a related sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
  • Working towards or holding an IOC qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous
