Position: Junior Client Adoption Consultant

Reporting to: Client Migration Manager

​

Control Function: No 

​

Role overview: Responsible for administration and processes regarding the adoption of adviser firms and maintaining Parmenion systems. Working closely with the Client Adoption Consultants and Head of Customer Success to help support Sales growth and targets and to ensure the strategic objectives of Parmenion are maximised. 

​

This role is undertaken from the Bristol office, with the option to also occasionally work remotely.

​

Duties include:

  • Support the Client Adoption Consultants to ensure the service we have agreed is fully and efficiently processed and set up where businesses have signed terms with us.
  • Process administration requests sent in by existing firms to onboard new members of staff, updating investment options and client charges.
  • Collate and use reports from Salesforce & Parmenion's secure site to establish training requirements of external and internal users to assist the Client Adoption Consultants.
  • Using reports from Salesforce & Parmenion's secure site establish system development requirements and issues.
  • Producing FE performance reports whilst complying with the FE best practice rules.
  • Engage regularly and professionally with internal management and staff.
