SET Mechanical and Electrical Services LTD provides heating and electrical services, we install in residential and commercial premises, established in 2021.

Job Description:

Due to the growth of the business SET M&E requires an improver plumber/electrician/gas engineer to join our small busy friendly team based in Grays, Essex to assist with installations, servicing and repairs in residential and commercial premises currently across the South East, East of England and London.

Applicants ideally will need to have had experience in the electrical/mechanical field, ideally local to Grays, Essex.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or Electrical Installations level 1&2 training programme/experience /apprentice trained electrician (Part qualified) with the relevant C&G qualifications and current 18th IEE Reg certificates. Qualifications are not essential as the right candidate will have the opportunity to work towards these.
  • Experience of electrical installation works, testing and inspection whilst ensuring all work is completed in a safe manner and in accordance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Applicant with sufficient experience will have the potential to have access to a fully expensed company vehicle.
  • General understanding of electrical installation work in an Industrial/Commercial environment.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Excellent time keeping.
  • A current driving licence.
  • Flexibility with hours as the role will involve early starts and late finishes.

You will be able to:

  • Work effectively as part of a team and individually.
  • Comply with Health and Safety systems and responsibilities.
  • Complete reports and paperwork as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £80.00-£150.00 per day
