Job Description
We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our eCommerce team on a 12 Month FTC Based at Next Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire with a competitive salary range and great benefits

The CRM team within Digital Marketing at NEXT is predominantly responsible for Email, Loyalty and On-Site marketing and to help deliver a best-in-class CRM Marketing service across our UK and International sites.

About The Role:
As an Email Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving engaging, high-impact email campaigns for our UK and international customers. Working closely with the Digital Communications Lead, you'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced marketing team, supporting CRM initiatives across the business. You'll bring a sharp eye for detail, a problem solving mindset, and a passion for delivering results that build customer loyalty and fuel growth.

What else is involved?

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns.
• Help execute the email strategy and test plans.
• Work closely with the key teams/stakeholders to create campaigns to increase sales, drive recruitment and retention.
• Analyse performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development.
• Reporting on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with day-to-day administration tasks.
• Build relationships with the relevant stakeholders (Trade Managers, Regional Managers as appropriate)

About You:

• Email marketing experience is essential.
• Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Experience of utilising CRM / email service platform/s such as Bloomreach.
• Experience working with HTML is an advantage.
• Aptitude for attention to detail.
• Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly.
• Effective team player with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate level user of Excel/Sheets.
• Marketing experience ideally gained in a retail environment.
