  • Act as the key link between business users, technical teams, and external suppliers to facilitate project success.
  • Take ownership of specific projects or workstreams where required, supporting the wider project team and PMO.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and project artefacts meet internal quality and compliance standards.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a project or change environment.
  • Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
  • Experience building effective relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled at using data and analysis to inform decisions and drive business improvements.

Desirable Experience:

  • Business Analyst certification (e.g. BCS, Chartered Institute of IT).
  • Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working within the utilities or energy sector.
  • Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification (e.g. IT, Computing, Business).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

The Details

  • Location:
    Belfast - hybrid working model
  • Contract:
    Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
  • Environment:
    Supportive, collaborative, and innovation-driven culture

If you're an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex business challenges and delivering meaningful change, this is an excellent opportunity to take your career forward with a market-leading organisation.
