Office Administrator (Part time, 5 days per week)

We are looking for dynamic Part-Time Office Administrators to join our successful team based in Horsham, West Sussex.

This role comprises a range of duties providing Admin support to the Director and the Office/Operations Teams.

Starting salary: £30,825.60 per annum pro-rata

Part-time £14.82 per hour

Working Hours:

9-2pm 5 Hours per day x 5 days per week.

Potential to increase to more days/hours per week in due course.

Range of Duties

· Take/make calls

· Manage scheduling of mobile window cleaners

· Maintain CRM database

· Write detailed client sales quotes

· General data input & research

· Customer Care

· Update Clients

· Source Tender bids within our criteria, inputting PQQ info.

· Work alongside director on marketing strategies to drive business expansion

· Create marketing content for potential clients.

· Communicating with clients and sub-contractors for quotes and arranging work.

· Complaints processing

· Developing and documenting work processes.

· Compliance document management

Working hours and conditions

· 1-5pm, 4 Hours per day x 5 days per week.

· You may occasionally be asked to work alternative hours, so we would ask for a flexible approach.

· Working within a small friendly team in an open plan office environment

Skills, interests and qualities required

· Dynamic driven approach to bring ideas to the team and suggesting process improvements.

· Excellent spoken English communication, and customer service skills

· Excellent written English communication for completing reports, e-mails and data input etc.

· Working knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Reliability, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

· Able to meet time deadlines as they arise.

· Ability to multitask, prioritising tasks and work on own initiative.

· Able to form and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and third Parties.

Experience & qualifications required

· At least 2 years' previous experience of working in an Admin position.

Pay and Benefits

  • Starting salary: £30,825.60 per annum pro-rata
