Are you an experienced Facilities professional looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment? If you're confident managing both office and site-based operations and enjoy being a key support to senior leadership, this could be an excellent opportunity.
This position would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across different time zones to support Board-level stakeholders. You'll play an essential role in keeping the business running smoothly, ensuring the site is safe, compliant, and well-managed, while also providing high-quality administrative and PA support where required.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Facilities Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management across the office and manufacturing areas
- Act as PA to Board members, managing diaries, travel, and coordination across international time zones
- Ensure site compliance, including health and safety standards and general office management
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to maintain a safe, efficient working environment
- Provide responsive and supportive administrative assistance to the wider management team
- Take ownership of facilities-related projects and improvements
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or a similar environment
- Strong PA experience supporting senior leaders or Board-level stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Confident working with stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable being fully site-based
