Job Title: Operations Manager (Residential Sector)

Work Location: North (M62 Corridor)

Reports to: Regional Operations Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Overview:

Due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Cleaning/Security Account Operations Manager to take accountability for delivering on site services and operational management, including soft services, cleaning and security across a number of sites for a premier client based within the East Coast area and sites reaching the North West.

Your role will manage the operation of all services delivered on the account. You will work closely with the contract management team to ensure the efficient operation of these sites.

This will involve liaising closely with the customer to ensure that the services are meeting their requirements and constantly looking for ways to improve the service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:


• The management of the operational delivery of multiple FM services across a number of client residential sites, ensuring outstanding service delivery at all times and exceeding Andron FM targets.


• Comprehensive knowledge of Facilities Management in a residential environment and its challenges.


• Maintain up to date SOP's for all service delivery lines on sites.


• Financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets.


• Effectively manage the Andron FM team and supply chain partners to ensure that exemplary facilities services are provided at sites.


• Undertake regular client meetings.


• Ensure highest levels of Health and Safety are achieved across sites.


• Directly manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve high performance at all times.


• Ensure strong client relationships are developed and maintained, allowing growth opportunities within the region and nationally.

Person Specification:


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience of Operations Management of large residential properties.


• Residential Building Manager or General Manager experience desirable.


• Excellent relationship builder.


• IT literate and financially astute.


• Broad knowledge of multiple service contracts.


• IOSH or NEBOSH certificate or equivalent preferred.


• Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude


• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
