You'll be the engine behind daily marketing execution — keeping campaigns on track, coordinating between departments, helping with content delivery, and ensuring our online presence is polished and professional.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working across disciplines, and understands the sensitivity and tone required in a Private Healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

● Manage day-to-day tasks using project management tools.

● Keep campaigns progressing across SEO, PPC, email, social, and website updates

● Coordinate with developers, designers, consultants, and clinical staff to meet deadlines

● Flag delays or issues early and follow up until resolved

Team & Consultant Liaison

● Work closely with:

○ Clinical consultants for campaign approvals and availability

○ Admin, reception, and bookings teams to support local initiatives

○ External SEO, PPC, and design consultants to manage deliverables

● Keep calendars, briefs, and documentation up to date and accessible

Website & Content Oversight

● Monitor the website for outdated or incorrect content and coordinate fixes with developers

● Help ensure all digital content is on-brand, medically accurate, and SEO-friendly

● Support the production of new service or condition pages using AI-generated content and internal tools

● Use tools to:

○ Draft or edit content briefs

○ Optimise page copy and meta descriptions

○ Assist with reports, internal documents, and meeting prep

Social Media Support (In-Clinic)

● Support the Social Media Manager during clinic filming days and content shoots

● Help with daily platform management:

○ Respond to patient messages and comments professionally and promptly

○ Flag booking or clinical questions to the relevant team

○ Suggest new content ideas based on clinic activity and patient feedback

Nice to have:

Ability to film basic content or edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks)

Internal Comms & Campaign Support

● Be the first point of contact for marketing-related queries and support

● Help manage the marketing inbox and queries from staff

● Support the Marketing Director in planning, tracking, and delivering key initiatives

● Provide analytics, SEO and PPC reports

About You

Experience

● 3+ years of marketing experience in a digital or campaign delivery role

● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you don't let things slip

● Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media, and basic web project workflows

● Comfortable in a professional healthcare, wellness, or premium service setting

● Confident communicator — able to engage clinicians, creatives, and patients appropriately

● Comfortable being onsite and hands-on with content, staff, and patients
