We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services to both residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. As a Window Cleaner, you will ensure that our clients' windows are spotless and enhance the overall appearance of their properties.

Responsibilities

  • Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish.
  • Operate ladders and other equipment safely while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or needs for replacement promptly.
  • Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after completing tasks.
  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred for travel between job sites.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task undertaken.
