Be part of the team that helps make educational adventures take off

We're on the lookout for a confident communicator to play a key role in supporting our flight-based tours. You'll be the go-to link between airlines and our internal teams at NST, helping to ensure every booking runs smoothly from quote to confirmation.

In this fast-paced role, you'll provide accurate flight details to support realistic quoting, keep teams informed of any schedule or price changes, and handle amendments to bookings. You'll also make sure our systems are kept up to date and everything aligns with our service level agreements.

Is this you?

• It would be beneficial if you've used GDS systems like Amadeus or are familiar with NST's internal tools such as and Flight Tracker.

• Experience in the travel industry is a plus - especially if you know how things tick behind the scenes.

• You're confident managing your own workload and know how to prioritise when things get busy.

• You're super organised and can keep multiple plates spinning at once.

• You stay calm under pressure and have solid time management skills to back it up.

• You're commercially aware and always thinking about how to deliver smart, cost-effective solutions.

• You've got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right.
