Implementation Manager

London, Greater London, United Kingdom Navro Full time £35,000 - £60,000 per year

Location: London, UK
Company: Navro - Pioneering the Future of Payments

Implementation Manager

This is about building something significant, fast, at a rapidly scaling B2B payments startup.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and driven Implementation Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a high-impact opportunity to build our client solutions from the ground up and directly shape our growth at the forefront of fintech innovation. At Navro, we're not just offering a job - we're offering an adventure alongside a great team.

Who We Are

We are transforming payments for global platforms and e-commerce businesses. As the world's first payments curation platform, we simplify cross-border transactions by uniting best-in-class infrastructure into a seamless ecosystem, enabling businesses to scale and operate effortlessly across borders. Cross-border workforce payments are slow, expensive, and outdated. We can't be. Businesses rely on us to pay their people accurately and on time - contractors, freelancers, and employees across the globe. When we say we'll deliver, failure isn't an option. If we don't do what we said we would, people don't get paid - not just a transaction delayed, but real workers left without wages. That means a developer in Argentina missing their paycheck, a freelancer in the Philippines unable to pay rent, or a contractor in Poland unable to get to work. We're a team built on ownership, high performance, and transparency. We're here to build, not to coast.

The role

As an Implementation Manager at Navro, you will be at the heart of our client onboarding process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring new clients have a seamless and efficient setup experience. You'll manage key administrative tasks, track project milestones, and support the wider team in delivering successful implementations. Your keen attention to detail will be crucial in tasks such as verifying beneficiary information and supporting processes like "Penny Testing" to ensure system accuracy. This role is perfect for someone with an onboarding background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to customer success through meticulous organisation and support.

What This Role Demands:

You Execute Flawlessly – You're accountable for completing your tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring the smooth progression of client implementations. If a detail is missed, you own it and help fix it.

You Clarify & Confirm – You don't just follow instructions; you ensure you understand the requirements and ask clarifying questions to prevent errors and ensure alignment.

You Support Proactively – You anticipate the needs of the team and clients, offering assistance and identifying potential roadblocks in administrative or coordination tasks.

You're Hands-On with Details – One minute you're meticulously verifying beneficiary data, the next you're updating project trackers or scheduling key onboarding meetings.

You Thrive in a Fast-Paced Support Role – Startups are dynamic. You manage multiple administrative tasks, support shifting priorities, and maintain clarity and organisation.

You Handle the Admin Pressure – Deadlines are key. You balance various coordination tasks, manage your time effectively, and ensure administrative aspects of projects keep moving forward.

You're Here to Support the Journey – This role is crucial for our clients' success. It's about dedication, precision, and being an integral part of the team. If you're ready to contribute and grow alongside Navro, let's build something amazing together.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage administrative duties related to client implementations, including documentation, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Assist in tracking project tasks and milestones, providing regular updates to the implementation team.
  • Meticulously verify client and beneficiary information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the "Penny Test" process by coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful validation of payment setups.
  • Liaise with clients for basic information gathering and provide clear communication on onboarding steps.
  • Maintain organised records of client implementations and project activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to facilitate a smooth client journey.
  • Assist in preparing materials for client onboarding and training sessions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our onboarding processes and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Experienced Coordinator: Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally with an onboarding or customer success background.

Detail-Obsessed & Accurate: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Organisational Guru: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.

Proactive Problem-Solver: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented: Comfortable working with various software tools and possessing a general understanding of business processes.

Customer Success Advocate: A genuine passion for customer success and contributing to a positive client onboarding experience.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with project task management or basic project administration.
  • FinTech and the payments industry.

You may not possess every single required skill listed, and that's perfectly fine. If you have most of them, along with grit, passion, a desire to learn quickly, and the willingness to get stuck in, we encourage you to apply.
