The Role

As Programme Manager, you'll manage high-profile, complex programmes involving large-scale data migration, integration, and business transformation. You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders, ensure delivery excellence, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale data migration and integration programmes, including post-merger/acquisition transitions
  • Develop and maintain migration and integration strategies, plans, and roadmaps
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and provide assurance and escalation management
  • Define and embed governance frameworks and reporting rhythms
  • Oversee resource planning and allocation for complex programmes
  • Support and mentor programme and migration teams
  • Drive adoption of best practice tools and processes (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Jira)

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale data migration, integration, or acquisition programmes
  • Strong background in digital transformation and business change
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Life & Pensions sector experience
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications
  • Experience in financial services/regulatory sectors
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tech stack
