Data Centre Energy Summit:

We are expanding our world-class events team and seeking an experienced Conference Producer to lead the programme development and speaker acquisition for the Data Centre Energy Summit—a flagship event shaping the future of high-energy digital infrastructure, sustainability, and resilience.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data centres, energy transition, AI-driven demand growth, and net-zero strategy, building an agenda that attracts senior-level stakeholders from across the global ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop commercially compelling conference agendas and session themes
  • Recruit high-profile speakers including data centre operators, energy providers, hyperscalers, policymakers, investors and technology innovators
  • Build and manage strong relationships with industry stakeholders, associations, and advisory partners
  • Identify market trends and new content opportunities to drive growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to position the event and support delegate acquisition
  • Manage programme delivery onsite, ensuring a world-class delegate and speaker experience.

About You:

  • Proven experience in conference production (ideally B2B, programme ownership, and speaker acquisition)
  • Strong research capabilities and ability to engage senior decision-makers with confidence
  • Knowledge of — or strong interest in — the energy sector, data centres, digital infrastructure, clean power, or industrial decarbonisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, commercially minded, and passionate about creating impactful content
