Job Description
As part of 's #NextGen 8-Week Internship Program you'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and a comprehensive introduction to digital payments and technology. The program offers an extensive learning experience through technical training, professional development workshops, and direct access to industry experts. You'll be part of a global Early Careers community, with regular networking events, mentoring opportunities, and social activities designed to build connections and accelerate your growth and leadership potential. By the end of the scheme, you'll be equipped with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to make a lasting impact at and beyond.

Our Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement and Operational Excellence teams are the engines of our commercial growth. They ensure our Commercial teams have the processes, systems, data, and skills needed to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive revenue.

As an intern, you will be embedded in a team that is focused on one of these three functions, taking ownership of critical projects that will directly impact our commercial performance.

*What You'll Be Doing (The Impact You'll Make)*

  • Bring Processes to Life: You'll play a foundational role in analysing our core business processes ensuring they are clear, scalable, and focused on delivering a positive Customer Experience.
  • Be an Efficiency Driver: You'll dive deep into our existing workflows and use your analytical skills to spot bottlenecks.
  • Unleash the Power of AI: You will be a key player in implementing AI and automation tools to support new ways of working that drive efficiency across the board.
  • Translate Data into Action: You'll be the person who connects the dots. You'll analyse performance data to identify trends and create reports that don't just state the facts, but include clear, actionable suggestions for improvement
  • Empower Our Teams: When we introduce a cool new tool, you'll build the resources and training needed. You'll teach your colleagues how to use these innovations to become even better at their jobs

What We're Looking For…
You're on the right track:
You are in your penultimate year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, due to graduate in 2027.

You speak the language of numbers:
Your degree is quantitative-based, you understand that data is our most valuable asset.

You're an AI Enthusiast
: You can demonstrate a natural curiosity and a real passion for the potential of AI and automation

You Connect the Dots (and People):
You have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from Product to Engineering to Sales Reps.

: You have an enthusiasm for working in agile, fast-paced environments and a genuine appetite to continuously learn.
