The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role suited to an ambitious self-starter with a passion for technology, sales, and business growth.
As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. You will work closely with senior consultants and sales leaders to support strategic growth initiatives, nurture key relationships, and contribute to the firm's overall commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted lead generation.
- Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and digital channels to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Support the development and execution of client acquisition and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to align outreach with campaign activity and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within the CRM system.
- Represent Western Partners with professionalism and credibility in all client interactions.
About You
- Proven experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation, ideally within the technology or professional services sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers confidently.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in the technology landscape.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
- Skilled at building rapport and developing long-term client relationships.
- Degree-qualified in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
