Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Joiner, based in Poole. The Joiner will be responsible for creating bespoke woodwork, including staircases, doors. windows and furniture, using a variety of solid woods. Daily tasks include measuring and marking out. cutting, assembling, and installing wood-based components, and ensuring precision and quality in all projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional craftsmanship tailored to client specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in all aspects of bespoke joinery C
- Experience using woodworking machinery
- Knowledge and expertise in manufacture and fitting of staircases
- Ability to work with a variety of wood types and an eye for detail
- Strong understanding of safety standards and operational efficiency
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in bespoke or high-end joinery is a plus
