Co-Founder – AI Medication Adherence Platform
2 weeks ago
Role:
Co-Founder
Compensation:
Equity-Based but Negotiable
Company:
Rxyniq
Location:
Remote (UK preferred)
About Rxyniq:
Rxyniq is an AI-powered medication adherence platform designed for pharmacies and care teams. It uses automated voice calls, SMS follow-ups, and real-time monitoring dashboards to ensure patients take medication on time. Pharmacies currently perform adherence calls manually; Rxyniq automates this workflow end-to-end, reducing workload and improving patient outcomes.
The demo of the product can be viewed here:
The Opportunity:
Medication non-adherence is a well-documented global challenge with significant costs to healthcare systems and patient health. Pharmacies are under pressure to improve adherence but lack time, staff, and tools. Rxyniq is built to address this gap using AI voice automation and behavioural insights. The entire product has been built and is ready for early pilots. I am currently in discussions with angel investors and exploring grant funding.
Role Description:
I am looking for a Co-Founder who wants to help take this product to market. This is an equity-based role and best suited for someone who wants to build a company from the earliest stage.
Ideal Experience:
- Experience writing grants (Innovate UK, NIHR, or similar) is desirable
- Marketing, growth, or business development skills, especially in healthcare or pharmacy
- Ability to speak with early users, partners, and investors
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A founder mindset: resourceful, committed, and comfortable working in early-stage environments
You Do Not Need:
- Technical experience (the product is already built)
- Prior startup experience (though it helps)
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Helping shape the go-to-market strategy
- Assisting with grant applications and investor materials
- Supporting early customer conversations and pilot onboarding
- Contributing to the long-term direction of the company
What You'll Get:
- Meaningful early-stage equity
- Co-founder status and shared leadership
- A fully built product ready to validate in the market
- The opportunity to grow a scalable healthtech company from scratch
