About Us

TUBR provides "plug and go" enterprise-scale predictive analytics for small to medium

businesses through their existing platforms. We're democratizing access to powerful

prediction tools. Through our platform partners we help every business like hair salons,

restaurants, cafes and bakeries predict their demand so they maximise the opportunities for

their businesses to succeed.

We're backed by VCs based out of the United States and United Kingdom and have been

awarded £750K in Innovate UK funding, growing rapidly, and kicking off our seed round.

Our vision? Be the household name for time-series operational predictions which are

accessible to every business.

What You'll Do

• Be the right hand to our solo (female) founder, learning startup building from the inside

• Provide administrative support to our founder to keep her organised and timely

• Lead our Innovate UK grant projects

• Build relationships with our partnerships with major POS platforms

• Support the project management and drive the actions to our seed round (£2-3M target)

• Execute on marketing campaigns and product launches

• Support communication between our founder and the companies partners, investors and

potential customers.

• Support the office with administration tasks including supporting employee queries,

ordering supplies and owning tasks that relate to building culture.

What We're Looking For

Must Haves:

• We'd like to see a couple of years of operations/project management experience
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with problem-solving drive
• Strong relationship building abilities

Nice to Haves:

• Startup or tech company experience
• B2B partnership experience
• Understanding of POS/hospitality tech
• Experience with fundraising/investor materials
• Interested in automating with AI

This is a hybrid role (in office 3-4 days a week) based in Sheffield, the outdoor city Sheffield is only a short drive to the stunning Peak District National Park full of hiking trails and outdoor activities. Sheffield has a vibrant cultural scene with a rich musical heritage, being the birthplace of famous bands like Arctic Monkeys and Pulp. Sheffield offers affordable living with quick links to major cities Manchester, Leeds and London.
