Silicon NPI Manager

We are seeking an experienced NPI Silicon Manager to lead new product introduction activities across our client's semiconductor programmes. This is a key technical and operational role responsible for managing the transition of multiple integrated circuit products from design through to successful mass production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage NPI processes for multiple silicon products from concept and design through to volume production
- Oversee test development, production readiness, and reliability qualification plans
- Manage workflows for probe, ATE hardware, packaging, and supply-chain readiness
- Support DFT activities (e.g., MBIST, scan), including ATE bring-up and issue resolution
- Coordinate with foundries on tape-out, corner lot planning, process updates, and engineering requests
- Drive industrialisation processes including PVT characterisation, yield improvement, gauge R&R, limit setting, and trial lot management.
About You
You will be an organised, detail-oriented engineering professional with strong leadership and cross-functional skills. You should have:
- Proven track record of taking multiple semiconductor products from design to mass production
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of digital and analogue test methods
- Deep knowledge of IC production flow and semiconductor supply chains
- Hands-on experience with key NPI activities such as probe technologies, ATE hardware, workflows, and packaging options
- Knowledge of JEDEC standards for stress-test-driven qualification of ICs
- Experience with DFT flows (MBIST, scan) and ATE bring-up
- Familiarity with semiconductor FAB operations, including portals, tape-out, and foundry communication
- Experience in industrialisation processes (PVT, yield improvement, trial lots, limit setting, gauge R&R)
- Strong data analysis skills, including handling ATE/STDF data sets
- Knowledge of silicon and package failure-analysis techniques, including advanced debug methods
- Proven ability to manage processes for test design, reliability testing, and silicon verification
