Role overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for someone who can combine creative thinking and world-class marketing campaign management to join our global business as Content Marketing Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Content Marketing, and working with the Social Media Executive, the PR and Content Executive and the wider Marketing team at Fresha, you will be responsible for content marketing campaigns, events, and key content projects to help increase brand awareness, drive commercial impact and position Fresha as a market leader through engaging content.

This is a pivotal role working across various functions to create multimedia content and communication strategies that engage, interest and inspire our target audiences.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Fresha's position as the leading marketplace and platform for beauty and wellness businesses.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise cross-channel campaigns - spanning digital, social, content, events and partnerships - designed to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Work with the Social and Influencer Manager to manage our influencers and events program
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Content teams to align campaign messaging and ensure consistent storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage the campaign calendar and oversee the creation of marketing assets including landing pages, social content, sales enablement, and multimedia content.
  • Brief internal creative teams and external agencies, managing timelines, feedback, and approvals to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Support the PR and Content teams by amplifying earned media, influencer, and editorial content across paid and owned channels.
  • Write and review compelling marketing copy across digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with Fresha's tone of voice and brand strategy.
  • Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on effectiveness, turning insights into actionable recommendations for future optimisations.
  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure flawless campaign delivery and consistent brand representation.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager, or Brand Strategist within a fast-paced digital or B2B environment.
  • A T-shaped marketer — broad understanding of all core marketing disciplines with deep expertise in one or more areas (e.g. campaign management, content marketing).
  • Strong background in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft copy that drives engagement, action, and conversion.
  • Experience managing agencies and internal teams to produce multimedia marketing assets
  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, marketing analytics, and SEO principles to inform data-led decision-making.
  • Skilled at balancing creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring campaigns are both visually engaging and commercially effective.
  • Highly organised, with excellent project management and time management skills—able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and specialists across departments.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to test new ideas and continually optimise performance.
