PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To manage Company Sites under their care and to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing Security Officers and Cleaning operatives on various sites

To communicate effectively with all customers and liaise regarding identified needs and next steps both in the security sector and cleaning division

To complete monthly SLA/review meetings with all customers.

To visit all assigned sites, clients and personnel at designated times.

To complete Assignment Instructions and issue as per directions and Company requirements. To address additional Health and Safety Issues with relevant Line Manager.

Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to consistently meet and exceed client expectations. Conduct regular audits and inspections, of both the cleaning team and the security team.

To train personnel at their place of work, to coach and guide to a high level of service delivery; to assess performance and complete training records as per Company requirements.

To complete site visit audits for each site visited or where relief cover has been provided and communicate these with designated departments.

To deal with Company misconduct and disciplinary procedures and issue misconduct forms and site removal requests in line with Company policy.

To interview and recruit staff in line with Company policy.

To conduct monthly welfare visits to personnel.

To complete annual appraisals with all personnel.

Assist with any incident investigations in your allocated area as required.

Provide on-site training to personnel relating to identified health and safety issues.

Promoting the Impact brand to the highest standard at all times.

Aiding departments with business growth and any other required areas.

Completing regular training courses to ensure that you are fully trained/aware of new or updated legislations within the industry.

Any other task as assigned by your line manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position within a relevant industry.
  • Must hold a valid front line SIA Licence.
  • Must hold a full UK driving Licence.
  • Experience within the cleaning industry
  • knowledge of cleaning products/machinery
  • BICS training would be preferred
  • Must be flexible with working times and areas, dependent on business needs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics; experience with relevant software tools is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not essential; relevant experience will be considered.
