Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer at Aritech, based in Milton Keynes with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The role involves providing technical and pre-sales support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution. Additional responsibilities include guiding clients on product installation, functionality, and maintenance while collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and solve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Exceptional Customer Support and Service skills to ensure clients receive optimal solutions and excellent assistance.
  • Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with security technologies and systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, IT, or a related technical field is preferred.
