Assistant Business Support Executive

This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract. The role is office based and the hours are 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Assistant Business Support Executive duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide effective administrative support to the team.
- Organise meeting rooms.
- Greet external guests.
- Deal with client enquiries and take accurate messages.
- Maintain client/contact database.
- Assist team in following Management System procedures.
- Comply with office policies relating to recycling and minimising energy usage.
- Event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organisational skills, and strong initiative.
- Strong communication skills.
- A professional and pro-active attitude.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
