What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Analyst at TXP, you'll be a key contributor to the successful delivery of digital transformation projects across a variety of industries. You'll work on small to medium-sized projects, engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Your role will span the full delivery lifecycle, from initial discovery through to implementation and support. Experience in pensions is highly desirable.

You'll:

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to explore and define business change.
  • Elicit, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements.
  • Analyse data to uncover insights and support decision-making.
  • Create clear and concise process documentation and visualisations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions.
  • Support end-users through training and ongoing engagement.
  • Champion best practices in Business Analysis across TXP.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has already made their mark as a Business Analyst and is ready to grow further in a dynamic consultancy environment. You'll be adaptable, proactive, and confident in your ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an IT consultancy.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with BA methodologies (e.g. BPMN, MoSCoW, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple small projects or one medium-sized engagement.
  • Experience in pensions is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services or Public Sector environments is a plus.
