Consultancy Plus specialises in bisiness and change consultancy. This role will sit with our Reed Professional Services (RPS) group company.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst, located in Birmingham, with an option to work from home part-time. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements for our customers. Working acoss a variety of client project and client sites, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, and providing actionable insights to drive improvements. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with stakeholders, preparing reports, and creating documentation to support decision-making and process optimization. The role requires collaboration across teams to identify and implement effective solutions for complex business challenges.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Analysis and Business Process improvement.
  • Experience is an external facing role such as with a comsultancy, professional services company or systems integrator
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings effectively.
  • Experience in collecting and defining Business Requirements for various projects
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, balancing on-site collaboration with remote tasks
