Due to the success of the team at SRS Alloys we now have an opportunity for someone to join us as an alloy wheel technician.

We are the fastest growing Alloy wheel business in the country.

We have leading technology and provide an efficient and cost effective solution for alloy wheel repair to our Dealerships and Partners.

You will run your own part of the business by operating and managing one of our alloy wheel repair vans, you will work on a self employed basis, all work will be provided with a mix of car Dealership and SRS Partner contracts.

Use of company vehicle

Day-to-day duties:

Preparing alloy wheels for paintwork.

Removing all relevant damage to the wheel before painting.

Applying paint products correctly and to a high standard.

Being able to cut wheels in our diamond cutting machine ( training will be provided)

All work must be completed to the highest standard.

Key attributes:

25 years old or older (insurance purposes)

Must have a full UK drivers license

Confident to drive a Large van.

We are looking for a self motivated individual who can work on their own.

Experience in fixing wheels or automotive body work is essential.

(You will be required to carry out a 3 day trade test in our Edinburgh wheel center before setting off on your own)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £55,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Alloy wheel repair or Automotive bodywork : 3 years (required)
