You’ll also complete stripping and fitting work as required.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with strong attention to detail and have current bodyshop experience working as a MET Technician.Day-to-day dutiesStripping vehicles to get them ready for the panel shopRe-assembling vehicles with new parts as needed, restoring them to their former conditionCarrying out work in accordance with manufacturer specificationsCompleting all documentation to the required standardRoad-testing vehicles to check repairsWorking to high standards as part of a team, with customer satisfaction in mindEssential SkillsAt least 2 years’ experience as a MET TechnicianATA or equivalent qualificationRecent experience in a bodyshop environmentHigh levels of efficiency and organisationAbility to produce work of consistently high qualityPrevious experience of carrying out four-wheel alignmentAbility to demonstrate a sound and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repairA full UK driving licenceNice To Have (but Not Essential)The ability to use specialised equipmentTraining in four-wheel alignment can be providedOur CultureArnold Clark is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
