Working directly with the Chief Executive Officer, we are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, confidential and strategic support. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to work closely with the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of the executive office and contributing to the delivery of key organisational priorities across the group.
You will play a central role in managing a wide range of executive support functions, including complex diary and correspondence management, meeting preparation, project coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands impeccable professionalism, discretion and attention to detail, alongside the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
In addition, this role carries line management responsibility for a team of Executive Assistants across the group, ensuring consistency of standards, fostering professional development, and driving best practice in executive support.
This is a pivotal position requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal capability and the confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders, partners and stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will support strategic initiatives, maintain effective systems and processes within the CEO's office and contribute to a culture of collaboration and excellence.
