Overview

Support the Retail & Wholesale Buying function to deliver 'best of Boden' range with our Partners. Being responsible for the administrative processes for the team.

Location: 3-4 days per week at our North Acton office, the rest WFH.

What You Will Do

·       Understand the Boden brand and the customers of our partnerships.

·       Responsible for the buying admin processes to ensure smooth running of the department.

·       Help prepare weekly trade packs and monthly lessons learnt packs.

·       Responsible for product set up process, sharing range detail with Partners to ensure a smooth launch.

·       Responsible for briefing production team on required imagery.

·       Proofing Partner websites to make sure all launched correctly, following up actions.

·       Update department critical path with progress on key tasks.

·       Liaise with Direct team should any samples be needed for Partners.

·       To be familiar with the range and performance, highlight risks and opportunities.

·       Support with selection preparation, prep for partner visits, delivering content to support and ensuring systems are accurately updated.

·       Ensure selections are logged onto the system correctly.

·       Communicate changes to Partners accurately and in a timely manner.

·       Support with marketing efforts with partners where relevant, supplying images, sharing line lists and sample management.

·       Ad hoc tasks to support admin of the team.
