They have ambitious plans for growing their business in the near future too but offer at this stage an exciting opportunity with their requirements for an exceptional Flooring Sales Manager to work in their Online Business from their offices and showrooms in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.

The Company supply the public from their attractive, centrally located Head Office / Showroom with a broad and attractive range of Flooring Products including:
  • Carpets (Major Stocks and Roll ends)
  • Vinyl (Roll ends and order in)
  • Wood Flooring (Solid and Engineered) and Laminates – Order In
  • Accessories
They have recently opened the new Store which is a work in progress but offers a really attractive environment to work and for people to buy in and in this case to help drive their highly successful Online Business via Internet and Telephone Sales.

The Person we are seeking will have:
  • An Excellent Knowledge of all types of Flooring.
  • Estimating and Measuring Skills would be advantageous though not essential.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • A polished and Professional Telephone Sales manner as well as excellent Communication skills via email etc.
  • Target Orientated and Ambitious.
  • Physically fit and well presented.
  • Looking to build a career with an Online Retailer.
In Return the company offer a starting salary in the early £30k's with a really Attractive Bonus and Commission Structure to back it up and to make you very well rewarded for delivering Sales Success.
