We're looking for a Global Policy Manager, for a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. This is a great opportunity to help shape and improve our policies to support colleague experience across a rapidly growing business.

What you'll do:
Shape and govern Aggreko's global people policies to ensure standardisation, inclusivity, and compliance.
Design, draft, and maintain policies covering the entire colleague life cycle.
Conduct a comprehensive policy inventory to identify opportunities for global alignment.
Establish and oversee a global policy framework
Ensure consistent standards and processes for policy creation, review, approval, and implementation.
Lead the rollout of new or updated policies, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all colleagues and managers.
Collaborate with Internal Communications to deliver clear, engaging policy messaging.
Monitor policy effectiveness through data, stakeholder feedback, and benchmarking.
Gather feedback from colleagues and managers to keep policies relevant, impactful, and compliant.
You'll have the following skills and experience:
Deep understanding of policy design, employee relations, or employment law.
Experience working within a global organisation and operating in multiple geographies.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills for preparing and presenting policy recommendations.
High cultural intelligence and experience operating with multinational teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-regional projects and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong partnership skills across both corporate and operational colleagues.
Natural project manager with experience of policy implementation and change management.
