We're looking for Care Professionals (full-time or part-time) to join our friendly Weymouth team, providing high-quality visiting care to clients in their own homes. As a GoodOaks carer, you'll make a real difference every day — with the time and support to deliver care the right way.

What You'll Do

  • Provide companionship and build genuine relationships with clients
  • Support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Help with shopping, errands, or appointments
  • Assist with personal care, grooming, and medication reminders (where required)
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity in every visit

About You

  • Naturally caring, reliable, and respectful
  • Good communicator with a positive attitude
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Physically able to support clients with daily activities
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willing to complete a DBS check and have the right to work in the UK
  • No prior experience required — full paid training provided
