Care Workers
in the Weymouth and Dorchester areas.

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate professionals committed to delivering high-quality care within a CQC-regulated service.

Pay Rate

£12.21 – £13.50 per hour
(depending on experience and shift type)

Key Requirements

  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence

  • Flexibility to work
    evenings and weekends

  • Ability to travel to client visits using a pool car

Required Certifications

  • Moving & Handling (Practical)
  • Medication Management
  • First Aid
  • Basic Life Support
  • Mandatory Care Training
  • Lone Working

Role Overview

  • Begin each shift at the office to collect a pool car
  • Provide personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and general assistance
  • Deliver high-standard, person-centred care
  • Maintain accurate care records
