The Role

Join our vibrant team at our Soho café for the exciting Christmas season We're looking for enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join us on a fixed-term contract starting immediately and running up until December 31st, 2025.

As a Christmas Seasonal Coffee Shop Assistant, you'll be the face of Cutter & Squidge during our busiest and most festive time, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer enjoying their holiday treats.

What You'll Do

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, offering recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare and present a wide range of food and drink items, including our afternoon tea packages.
  • Operate the till and handle payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organised environment, ensuring all health and food safety standards are met.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, stocking supplies, and supporting the team to ensure smooth service.

Who We're Looking For

  • Must be available to work from your start date until December 31st, 2025, with flexibility essential during peak weeks.
  • Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus.
  • A passion for coffee, sweet treats, and providing excellent customer service.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
