Out-of-the-box thinkers who put merit before all else. A group of ambitious and disciplined individuals who are passionate about turning theory into rubber, metal and results.

Only with immense heat and pressure are diamonds formed, and our high-performance, high-reward culture isn't for everyone. We bend the rules. We say it as it is. We don't quit. We keep ego and bureaucracy in check to help our operation stay agile and performing at its peak. We're a place where careers are defined, and we'll give you all the tools you'll need to make your mark.

This opportunity doesn't present itself everyday. This is your chance to be a part of something truly revolutionary.

The foundations for success have been laid, but we're only just getting started. Are you ready for the fight?

*We value the right attitude, humility and we're as interested in your character as we are in your talent. Please apply, even if you feel you only meet part of our listed criteria. Diversity drives innovation and we offer an international and friendly work environment with an energetic company culture.

Role:

At Dexory, we are on a mission to be the most dominant player in warehouse intelligence globally. As a Lead Product Manager, you will operate across multiple product streams under a clear vision, elevate execution standards and best practice, and turn customer and data insight into measurable business outcomes. You'll be the connective tissue across engineering, design, research, commercial, and operations - raising the bar for strategy, delivery, and culture while helping coach other PMs to do their best work.

Responsibilities:

  • Scale strategy & vision: Connect adjacent product areas under a coherent strategy and outcome-based OKRs; facilitate domain-level planning that influences company priorities.
  • Drive execution excellence: Own delivery health across multiple product areas; remove systemic blockers; establish consistent planning, reporting and launch practices that others adopt.
  • Champion data & insight: Ensure every initiative has clear success metrics; run portfolio reviews; help teams move debates from opinion to evidence.
  • Customer & market leadership: Scale discovery standards; maintain senior customer relationships; ensure roadmaps tie to validated insight and commercial value.
  • Influence & alignment: Orchestrate complex stakeholder ecosystems; create clarity in ambiguity; communicate progress and trade-offs to senior leadership.
  • People & craft development: Mentor PMs/Senior PMs; model Dexory's EVP behaviours; embed repeatable best practices for discovery, delivery, and measurement.
  • Innovation & growth: Build experimentation frameworks; scale what works; evaluate new opportunities that strengthen Dexory's category leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in Product Management with demonstrable impact at Senior/Lead/Principal level in B2B platforms (automation, AI/ML, data or industrial domains a plus).
  • Track record aligning multiple teams around a clear strategy and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong data fluency: defining KPI trees, running post-launch analyses/experiments, and leading portfolio-level reviews that inform investment.
  • Depth in discovery: turning qualitative and quantitative insight into opportunity statements and roadmaps tied to commercial value.
  • Exceptional stakeholder skills: influencing without authority, resolving high-stakes conflicts with empathy and evidence, and communicating at exec level.
  • Leadership mindset: coaching PMs, shaping team culture, and raising the bar for ownership, accountability, and pace.
  • Experience at the intersection of hardware and software, or deploying AI/analytics in operational environments is a bonus.

What's in it for you:

We operate by four principles:

Performance. Impact. Commitment. One Team.

Joining Dexory isn't just about having expertise… it's about embracing uncertainty with purpose. You'll

help define not only our products, but the future of autonomous logistics itself. From day one, you'll be

trusted to push boundaries, take ownership, and deliver breakthrough results.
