    we are the first men's brand to create a refillable proposition. Our products combine efficacy, prestige fragrance, and fully recyclable packaging.

From a range perspective Rock Face has a range of 3x aftershave quality scents that are packed into everyday essentials of Deodorants, Skincare, Shower Gels, refillable, natural deodorants and Aftershaves.

Role Context

Brand Marketing has always been a cornerstone of the Rock Face brand. This year launching our Makes Scents
campaign through a tongue and cheek OOH campaign on the London Underground, running Father's Day campaigns in keeping with our 'Elevate Everyday' pillar and last year running a TV advert featuring Primary School Teacher, Kit Brown. We're proud to have picked up awards for our marketing with the Retail Gazette saying…

"By rejecting the clichés of celebrity-led advertising and instead championing everyday role models, Rock Face carved out a distinct voice in a traditionally stagnant category. In a sector with muted growth, Rock Face's creative positioning has driven a projected 43 per cent uplift in sales for 2025."

The next phase of growth requires the marketing department to add another string to its bow. Historically, the brand has been more brand marketing focused, activating mainly on TV and OOH (billboards) to support primarily a retail business. To meet the demands of our next phase of growth where we will be supporting both a high growth retail and online business we have split our marketing function into 1. Brand Marketing and 2. Growth Marketing. This role will be responsible for leading on the Brand Marketing Strategy working closely with the Head of Growth and Sales Director to support both the online and retail side of the business. Tik Tok in particular is a very important channel for us, so someone who is passionate about this channel is preferable.

This role will report directly to the CMO / CEO and will work closely with leadership across brand, sales, and product. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where you'll lead agency partners, collaborate cross-functionally and build out an internal team.

If successful, you will be joining a team who have experience working for the best FMCG businesses. These cover L'Oreal, Wild, Amazon, Diageo, Higgidy, Ikea, Coke and Beauty Corp to name a few. We are a true scale up so everyone in the team is both a strategist and is willing to get their hands dirty when needed.

What you'll do…

1. Brand Strategy -
Evolve the brand positioning, tone of voice, and creative direction as we premiumise and expand internationally across both retail and D2C. Help us land our vision across all touchpoints:
To champion considered consumption that elevates people and the planet, every day.

2. Content Factory -
Run the Rock Face content factory working closely with the Head of Growth aligning brand and performance marketing. Ideate, strategise and direct content that maximises brand awareness, engagement and communicates the 3 brand differentiators. Champion our cross-channel consistency ensuring a coherent brand experience across retail, D2C, Amazon, and social

3. International Launch Strategy -
Shape the Marketing Strategy and Communications plan for new market launches identifying local agency partners to localise and adapt brand storytelling while protecting the core brand identity.

4. Affiliates & Brand Partnerships -
Define the affiliate marketing strategy shaping the influencer, brands and charity partners that we work with.

5. Community Management & Retention -
Actively engage the Rock Face community, inspiring and energising men to get 1% better everyday

Who you are…

●     Strong experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or D2C brands with a proven track record of delivering disruptive above the line campaigns, community growth and working closely with a 'Growth' function.

●     A rare blend of strategic and creative skills — able to set direction and roll up your sleeves to execute.

●     Strong storyteller with a sharp eye for tone and humour — you know how to connect with real people, not marketing personas.

●     Well versed in managing agencies, production partners, and cross-functional teams.

●     Comfortable balancing commercial goals with long-term brand building.

●     Excited by pace, growth, and the scrappiness that comes with scaling a brand.

●     Ideally some experience with European / US market entry or localisation.
