Rolls-Royce is seeking an experienced and driven
MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Workscope Lead

What You Will Be Doing
As an
MRO Work Scope Lead
, you will have a direct impact on our global operations, ensuring that engineering work scopes for commercial aviation products are delivered on time and to the highest standard. You'll lead a talented team of Managed Service Engineers, driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across our processes.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading and directing a managed service engineering team, establishing governance, frameworks, and efficient processes for delivering work scopes.
- Acting as the primary interface between Rolls-Royce and its customers insights, and repair/maintenance recommendations that build trust and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Collaborating with aftermarket operations planning to ensure engine-specific priorities are met in real time.
- Proactively managing engineering requirements to control MRO scope creep and minimise risk of pass-off failures.
- Standardising common work scope resolutions across products, driving
- improvements through data analysis and feedback from MRO shops.
- Responding to emerging trends and technical requirements as engines evolve throughout their lifecycle.
- Engaging with technical specialists, data systems, and engineering teams to ensure robust decision-making and consistent outputs.
- Identifying systemic issues, recommending process improvements, and working with lifecycle and methods engineering teams to implement changes.

- Knowledge of gas turbine components, system functionality, and failure modes.
- Technical authoring experience is desirable but not essential.
