Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Module Fitting role within Rolls-Royce Engine Overhaul services in Derby where you will play a key role in MRO Services.
EOS in Derby is at the forefront of supplying TEM and repair capability services out to the Rolls-Royce network.
What You Will Be Doing
- You will be responsible for maintaining the correct competencies and 5s standards to your assigned cell.
- You will work as part of an established team accountable for all aspects of equipment, implementing improvement initiatives and driving KPI's to ensure maximum delivery in your cell.
- You will be expected to actively support in ensuring functional adherence to Health and Safety requirements including working to our corporate standards and driving a Zero harm culture in the company.
Position Qualifications
- A time-served apprenticeship, at a NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience and qualifications.
