Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various manual tasks across our site, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe working environment. Duties

  • Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
  • Supporting the movement of goods and equipment around the site using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising materials as required
  • Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Skills

  • Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to manual work
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
