Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties

  • Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with parking their vehicles.
  • Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the parking facilities, including janitorial duties as needed.
  • Check in vehicles once arrival on site, images to be taken.
  • Manage vehicle keys and ensure proper documentation for parked vehicles.
  • Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.
  • Interior and Exterior cleaning of completed vehicles.
  • Collecting & Delivering cars and vans.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Driving experience is essential; candidates must hold a valid driving licence.
  • Valeting experience is an required, as maintaining cleanliness is part of the role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues are crucial for success in this position.
