GFW is a leading furniture distributor, committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive digital relationship executive to join our commercial team and help drive our business forward.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the digital relationship manager and head of sales and marketing to deliver administrative, creative and analytical support to the business unit. We believe in developing our people and this role has excellent career development opportunity as you will work closely within our Sales and Marketing team, gaining valuable exposure to ecommerce sales and all aspects of what it takes to set up and manage successful online sales channels.

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious and with a desire to succeed in an ecommerce driven role. You will be keen to learn new skills and excited by the opportunity to adapt and work with different areas of the business, developing personally and professionally as a result.

In this role, you will be required:

· To carry out the administration of all customer account related documents including

pricing, product range selections and new product developments.

· To coordinate the internal organisation of, and subsequent external communication of

digital assets, including imagery and video, of our products to retail partners.

· To provide accurate data entry and excel support to the sales team.

· To liaise with independent and national retail partners, and build positive working

relationships.

Who You Are

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

· The ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

· The ability to use own initiative and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced

environment.

· Flexibility and a willingness to learn.

· Strong numeracy skills.

· MS Office experience; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

· Ability to work to deadlines.
