The Opportunity
The Product Delivery Lead within the Digital Client Solutions team at Ashurst will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams — including engineering, support, Brand and Marketing, Legal, and external consultants — to deliver high-quality services efficiently and cost-effectively using Agile methodologies. This role empowers the product team, fosters collaboration, and champions a culture of fast, efficient, and continuous delivery.

Main Responsibilities
- Collaborating within an Agile delivery team — working closely with IT and wider business functions — to deliver client-facing products and experiences that support legal transactions, legal advice, and enhance user engagement.
- Providing strong leadership to the product team, taking ownership of definition, approach, facilitation, and successful delivery of medium-scale initiatives.
- Establishing and continuously refining delivery methods to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with organisational goals.
- Maintaining clear and up-to-date delivery plans, providing regular, accurate updates to stakeholders and managing expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle, acting as the escalation point for resolving prioritisation or delivery challenges.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of initiatives, ensuring adherence to agreed architectures, standards, security, privacy, and delivery methodologies.
- Ensuring that product and service delivery meets agreed KPIs and SLAs, initiating improvements where necessary to maintain or enhance performance.
This is a full-time, 6 month fixed term contract position operating out of Ashurst's Glasgow office with hybrid working.
More information can be found in the job description attached to the role on our careers site.

- Experience providing leadership to Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and Project Managers aligned to the product.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with stakeholders and people of varied technical ability.
