ABOUT THE ROLE Join our team as a Certification Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring technical compliance and excellence within our organisation. As a Certification Specialist, you'll oversee the certification process, evaluating processes against established standards and criteria. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality will drive our certification programs forward, enhancing our reputation and credibility within the industry. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Actively contribute to the smooth execution and success of every certification and auditTake control over 3rd party certifications by being one of the main points of contact with the Gaming team
Review certificates and reports and escalate any issues
Ensure that every game's documentation is in order before it can go live
Be the go to person for any matters related to certifications
Master jurisdiction-specific processes around certification
Team-up with Technical Compliance and other key stakeholders to enable a great and compliant content
Store documentation so that it is organized and easily accessible and retrievable.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential skills:
Previous experience in igaming is a must
Well-organized and detail oriented.
Nice to have skills:
