This senior role is perfect for an experienced
Estate Agency Sales Director
or
Head of Sales
who wants to lead sales growth and who has the ability to make a significant impact across the business.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Oversee multiple sales branches across central and Greater London
• Develop new business opportunities and grow market share
• Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Drive turnover and profitability aligned with company targets
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal company procedures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
• Implement strategic plans to elevate the sales business

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as an Estate Agency Sales Director or Head of Sales
• Senior management experience within residential sales
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities
• First-class communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Commercially minded with a strategic approach
