Tenth Revolution Group are a leading global recruitment agency and we are currently hiring for a Senior Billing Specialist to join our Global HQ in Newcastle. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow your billing career and take on a more senior role within a global company.

This is a permanent full time position working onsite.

Your role:

As a customer Billing Specialist, your role is to ensure that our billings processes align at all times with the expectations of the customer. From engaging with the customer at the start of a new relationship to understand their billing expectations, through to ensuring that all subsequent months follow the agreed principles, you will be the key billing interface between the customer, our internal Contract Operations & our Sales department. Where issues arise, you will promptly and systematically resolve, along with delivering a great customer journey.

To carry out the role, you will be responsible for the end to end processing of timesheet data from various Internal & external sources into the CRM/ERP system for processing, ensuring that the subsequent client invoices generated align with the agreed protocols for that client. You will have a keen attention to detail and be process orientated.

You will have a customer service mindset and be motivated by the opportunity to deliver a brilliant service to the customer and to your internal stakeholders

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• New Customer Onboarding:
  From engaging with the sales team and the end customer, to understanding their billing requirements, working with internal teams to ensure correct set up
• Ongoing billing:
  daily monitoring of timesheet portal, and client invoice generation.
• Query resolution:
  Liaising with contractors and clients resolving queries and issues
• Working closely with our internal sales and finance teams

This position would suit someone with the following

• Previous experience within a billing role
• 1+ years of Client Facing interaction
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong admin skills
• High attention to detail and problem solving - investigating discrepancies, undertaking new controls to avoid reoccurrence
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, and managing large volumes of data with high accuracy and to tight deadlines
• Preferably fluency in an additional language – Italian/French/German (but not a necessity)
