Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding lessons that engage and challenge students.
  • Lead by example, supporting and mentoring other teachers to enhance their practice.
  • Work with leadership to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Conduct lesson observations, provide feedback, and support teacher development.
  • Collaborate with our wider global education team, with opportunities to travel and share expertise in international schools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in primary education. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Educate students in various subjects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, employing strategies that promote respect and cooperation among students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
  • Assess student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.

  • A qualified and experienced primary school teacher with a track record of excellence.
  • A passion for teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and mentor others.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and pedagogy.
  • Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to whole-school improvement.
  • An adventurous spirit – open to international travel and working with schools globally.
